Sage X3 Functional Consultant (ERP)

Location: Remote, but requires a minimum of 50% travel to client locations in the US

Salary: $95,000 – $125,000

What you will do

• Analyze client business processes and document detailed functional requirements and system specifications.
• Design and launch efficient information and operations systems based on the Sage X3 product.
• Perform gap analysis to recommend customizations, third-party products, or process changes.
• Lead requirements definition sessions through interviews, workshops, and product prototype demos.
• Support the sales team by assisting with estimates, proposals, and performing product demonstrations.
• Manage long-term client relationships to ensure software satisfaction and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sage X3 ERP implementation or similar ERP solutions.
• Experience implementing ERP solutions within Distribution Manufacturing (BOM, scheduling, Shipping, EDI).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, QA, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven consulting background delivering complex software solutions within defined timeframes and budgets.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into solution specifications.
• Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time to client locations in the US.
