What you will do

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle of MES vendors, focusing on functionality, security, and total cost of ownership.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to design scalable and secure system architectures.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Configure, test, and deploy MES software to optimize production processes from raw materials to finished goods.
• Design and implement critical integrations between MES, ERP, and quality management systems.
• Establish global governance frameworks, data modeling standards, and best practices for OT/MES environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in MES implementation and business analysis within manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of the bridge between ERP systems and shop floor execution (PLCs/SCADA).
• Ability to design and document scalable system architectures and data models.
• Must be based in the US and available for frequent travel to manufacturing sites.
• Proficiency in analyzing and mapping SCADA data to MES structures.
