Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 CAD.

What you will do
- Own and drive customer marketing initiatives end-to-end, from cohort identification to campaign launch.
- Develop messaging and positioning to drive adoption of the Manager Agent among existing customers.
- Build a content engine rooted in customer activity, surfacing stories and product-in-action moments.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities.
- Design engagement programs across email, in-product, and events to increase customer utilization.
- Track and report on commercial impact, including deals influenced and expansion pipeline.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 4+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or a hybrid role in SaaS.
- Proven track record of executing marketing programs from conception to delivery.
- Strong data skills for audience segmentation and performance measurement.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to scale output while maintaining quality.
