TL;DR

Customer Marketing Manager (SaaS): Driving expansion, upsell, and retention within the existing customer base with an accent on data-driven campaign execution and product adoption. Focus on building end-to-end marketing programs, leveraging AI for scale, and collaborating cross-functionally to turn happy customers into advocates.

Location: Must be based in Canada (Remote with access to Montreal office).

Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 CAD.

What you will do

  • Own and drive customer marketing initiatives end-to-end, from cohort identification to campaign launch.
  • Develop messaging and positioning to drive adoption of the Manager Agent among existing customers.
  • Build a content engine rooted in customer activity, surfacing stories and product-in-action moments.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities.
  • Design engagement programs across email, in-product, and events to increase customer utilization.
  • Track and report on commercial impact, including deals influenced and expansion pipeline.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or a hybrid role in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of executing marketing programs from conception to delivery.
  • Strong data skills for audience segmentation and performance measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to scale output while maintaining quality.
