TL;DR

Director of Growth (Healthtech): Architecting and operating a full-funnel growth engine from the ground up with an accent on engineering demand-to-pipeline paths and building scalable experimentation infrastructure. Focus on instrumenting the growth stack, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving high-impact GTM strategies in a fast-paced AI-native healthcare environment.

Location: Must be based in the US (San Francisco Bay Area or Remote)

Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 + Equity

hirify.global is building an AI Operating System for healthcare, integrating with over 60 EHRs to automate workflows and transform administrative processes for clinicians and healthcare organizations.

What you will do

  • Design and own the full-funnel growth architecture across paid, organic, ABM, and partnership channels.
  • Build and manage experimentation infrastructure, including test frameworks, audience segmentation, and landing page optimization.
  • Instrument the growth funnel across Salesforce, HubSpot, and BI tools to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop a modular creative system to ensure consistent brand narrative and high-conversion assets.
  • Manage agency and vendor operations, setting clear performance expectations and accountability structures.
  • Align Sales, RevOps, Product, and Brand teams to execute a unified growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • Senior, hands-on experience building integrated growth programs in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong systems instinct with the ability to design processes and taxonomies that are actionable.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and move fast with incomplete information.
  • Bias toward building and shipping real assets rather than just managing agencies.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthtech.
  • Background in building ABM motions in partnership with Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales.
  • Experience running product-led and sales-led motions in parallel.
  • Experience working with data science on incrementality testing or advanced attribution.
