Salary: $136,000 – $170,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute a 2-5 year distribution center automation roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end automation projects from concept and design to implementation and stabilization.
• Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with IT and Engineering to integrate automation with WMS, WES, and ERP systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Build and lead a high-performing automation engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or automation.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing complex automation projects.
• Strong understanding of WMS, WCS, and WES platforms.
• Experience with large-scale capital projects and multi-site distribution networks.
• Ability to work onsite in San Bernardino, California.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA.
• PMP certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Experience with ASRS, sortation systems, and AMRs.
