Location: Hybrid role requiring 3 days in office each week in San Jose, CA or Dallas, TX, USA. Flexibility of location to hire includes these sites.
Salary: $120,000–$205,000 annual base.

What you will do
- Lead and develop Customer Account Managers overseeing replenishment and supply chain operations for scalability and excellence.
- Cultivate customer relationships through Joint Business Planning (JBP), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and PSI strategies.
- Drive AI-driven planning and execution for transformative experiences in retail, etail, and Omni-channel.
- Champion supply chain best practices and fulfillment using AI and digital tools.
- Foster collaboration across stakeholders to shape organizational change and deliver results.
- Establish win-win supply chain partnerships with customers.
Requirements
- 12+ years supply chain experience, including leadership managing managers.
- Expertise in end-to-end operations, forecasting, replenishment, and planning systems (Kinaxis a plus).
- Experience in Omni-channel growth, digital commerce, and AI for process innovation.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Customer-first mindset with ability to multitask in dynamic environments.
- Industry experience in IT, technology, or consumer electronics preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customers, partners, and sales offices.
- Master’s Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent.
