Location: Must be based in the USA or Canada. US applicants cannot be based in Alaska, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, West Virginia, or Wyoming. Hybrid options available in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto, and Raleigh.
Salary: $80,000 – $111,000 base salary (depending on location)

What you will do
- Build and scale the customer advocacy program across various segments, products, and use cases.
- Own the pipeline of customer proof assets, including case studies, testimonials, and strategic references.
- Lead the strategy and program management for the Customer Advisory Board (CAB), from member selection to insight capture.
- Drive review generation and reputation programs across priority platforms to increase trust and demand.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Marketing to identify advocates and reinforce high-priority narratives.
- Define and report on key metrics such as advocate activation and downstream commercial impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or a related B2B SaaS role.
- Hands-on experience owning customer advocacy, reference programs, or CAB/community initiatives.
- Strong storytelling abilities and operational discipline to build scalable processes.
- Familiarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Must be located in the USA or Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience in vertical SaaS, construction tech, or field service categories.
- Experience supporting product launches with customer proof in partnership with Product Marketing.
