TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving pipeline generation and revenue growth through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management with an accent on personalized campaigns and strategic account research. Focus on converting key accounts, collaborating with account executives, and mastering the sales cycle within a high-growth AI analytics environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the San Francisco or New York office every Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: $74,000 - $112,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission).

What you will do

  • Execute a full all-bound sales motion including outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Target and convert key accounts using personalized campaigns and strategic signal analysis.
  • Develop deep product knowledge to support discovery calls and evaluation cycles.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research and personalize outreach at scale.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to refine sales best practices.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual performance targets.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work from the San Francisco or New York office Tuesday through Thursday.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of success in academics, athletics, or professional internships.
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving results.
