What you will do

  • Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they meet budget and quality standards.
  • Interpret data insights to inform campaign strategy, performance optimization, and client reporting.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams including creative, data, production, and technology to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Manage and mentor account managers and operational staff to maintain high performance.
  • Own client budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets while driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in an Account Director or senior client services role, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Proven expertise across print, digital, and CRM marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable client recommendations.
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management and operational delivery.
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with data segmentation, customer journey mapping, and campaign personalization.
  • Background in highly regulated or data-rich industries.
