What you will do
- Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they meet budget and quality standards.
- Interpret data insights to inform campaign strategy, performance optimization, and client reporting.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams including creative, data, production, and technology to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage and mentor account managers and operational staff to maintain high performance.
- Own client budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets while driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
Requirements
- Significant experience in an Account Director or senior client services role, ideally within an agency environment.
- Proven expertise across print, digital, and CRM marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable client recommendations.
- Demonstrated excellence in project management and operational delivery.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
Nice to have
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with data segmentation, customer journey mapping, and campaign personalization.
- Background in highly regulated or data-rich industries.
