What you will do

• Serve as the senior partner for C-suite client stakeholders, providing strategic counsel and anticipating business needs.
• Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities across disciplines and implementing revenue-focused account plans.
• Shape the strategic direction of accounts to ensure alignment with client business objectives and market realities.
• Manage financial health, including forecasting, profitability, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee creative output to ensure work is bold, relevant, and delivers measurable business impact.
• Mentor and lead account teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and resilience.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large, complex accounts with significant revenue responsibility.
• Exceptional ability to build relationships with senior client stakeholders and procurement.
• Deep understanding of healthcare communications, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in financial management and contract negotiation.
• Confident communicator and negotiator capable of thriving in high-pressure environments.
