Salary: $160,000–$180,000 base / $190,000–$260,000 OTE per year

What you will do
- Define and execute the global strategy for digital marketing and integrated campaigns across priority audiences and regions.
- Manage the digital growth engine including paid media, SEO/GEO, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
- Integrate AI into the campaign lifecycle to automate research, personalization, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to align campaign narratives with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Lead and develop the global campaigns team, establishing clear priorities and operating discipline.
- Analyze performance metrics, such as ROI and funnel progression, to optimize budget and investment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise SaaS, IT, or cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue-related marketing outcomes.
- Deep fluency in paid media, search, SEO, and campaign analytics.
- Hands-on experience applying AI to real-world marketing workflows and productivity.
- Strong executive presence and ability to manage agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Boston, MA area due to the hybrid work model.
