Compensation: $140,000–$145,000 OTE (Base $70k–$75k + $70k Commission).

What you will do

  • Own the full sales lifecycle for a designated territory, from lead generation to closing agreements.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans aligned with district funding and initiatives.
  • Conduct consultative meetings with school and district leaders to present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale national sales and drive product adoption.
  • Manage pipeline forecasting and maintain high service standards throughout the sales process.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency in daily sales operations.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Must reside within the Western United States (Pacific or Mountain Time Zones).
  • 2+ years of experience hitting or exceeding large sales quotas in the K-12 EdTech space.
  • Proven ability to build a book of business from scratch and manage high-volume district sales.
  • Executive presence to lead consultative conversations and navigate multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time for in-person customer meetings.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as an ELA or Social Studies teacher or instructional coach.
  • Strong grasp of K-12 pedagogy and classroom challenges.
