TL;DR

Location: Must be based on the West Coast (CA preferred), with up to 75% travel required.

Salary: $91,000–$100,000 base, with OTE around $160,000.

What you will do

  • Acquire new clients through prospecting, cold calling, and referral channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain and expand sales within an assigned territory.
  • Assess customer objectives and requirements to provide tailored tutoring solutions.
  • Maintain account relationships and serve as a point of escalation for product utilization issues.
  • Represent the business at trade shows and conduct technical product presentations.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with internal stakeholders and maintain accurate client data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of related professional work experience.
  • Must be located on the West Coast (CA preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Experience working in K-12 school districts or school administration.
  • Knowledge of the K-12 education industry and online learning solutions.

Nice to have

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Experience using CRM applications such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and forecasting.
