Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 OTE per year

What you will do
- Identify and prospect higher education institutions through cold outreach, conferences, networking, and referrals.
- Partner with BDRs and Marketing to create and run targeted lead-generation campaigns.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to showcase the value of SaaS solutions.
- Manage the full consultative purchasing process and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Track sales activities in the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient funnel movement.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals, aligning customer needs with company pricing strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B or B2G SaaS sales experience with a record of meeting targets.
- 2+ years of experience in EdTech, higher education, K12, corporate L&D, or workforce training.
- Proven experience with average contract values (ACV) of $50K+ and closing 6-figure deals.
- Ability to self-generate 40-50% or more of top-of-funnel opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and CRM proficiency.
- Must be based in the US to cover the Central US market.
