What you will do

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline and track all activity using Salesforce.com.
  • Conduct online demonstrations and face-to-face meetings with major clients.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibits, conferences, and events within the territory.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales goals with company priorities.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Florida.
  • 6-8 years of sales experience specifically in early childhood education or K-12.
  • Proven track record of selling digital, print, assessment, and professional development education solutions.
  • Experience performing market analysis and managing a diverse sales pipeline.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% with seasonal variations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM solution.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in the education field (e.g., classroom teacher).
