What you will do
- Drive sales of safety products, software, and services across commercial channels.
- Identify and engage end-user customers through on-site visits.
- Maintain and optimize distributor relationships via joint sales calls and planning.
- Conduct training sessions for distributor teams and end users.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
- Document sales activity and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of field sales experience in industrial safety or security products.
- Proven track record of selling through distributors and influencing end users.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Must reside within the core geography of West Texas.
- Ability to travel regularly, including approximately two overnights per week.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous professional sales training.
