What you will do

• Drive sales of safety products, software, and services across commercial channels.
• Identify and engage end-user customers through on-site visits.
• Maintain and optimize distributor relationships via joint sales calls and planning.
• Conduct training sessions for distributor teams and end users.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
• Document sales activity and pipeline progress using CRM tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of field sales experience in industrial safety or security products.
• Proven track record of selling through distributors and influencing end users.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Must reside within the core geography of West Texas.
• Ability to travel regularly, including approximately two overnights per week.
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
