What you will do

• Meet and exceed individual revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop, train, and support the equipment owner and service provider network.
• Generate new business through cold calling, presentations, and strategic relationship building.
• Manage the full sales cycle including quoting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records and project pipelines using the company CRM.
• Participate in industry associations and represent the company at regional and national conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or a water-related field.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the water industry or dealing with municipalities and contractors.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
