Location: San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

Base salary: $130,500–$155,900 per year for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area. Regular employees may also be eligible for bonuses or sales incentives and RSUs.

What you will do

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for GTM and G&A positions.
• Partner with Fin leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Advise stakeholders on recruiting strategy, processes, and hiring approaches.
• Build diverse talent pipelines and attract candidates through creative sourcing and authentic storytelling.
• Use data and metrics to diagnose search challenges and implement solutions.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and act as a trusted recruiting partner.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle GTM or sales recruiting experience in a high-growth technology environment.
• Expertise in talent-market intelligence across GTM and G&A functions.
• Proven ability to partner with GTM leaders and meet or exceed hiring goals.
• Creative recruiting approach with strong sourcing and candidate-conversion skills.
• Data-driven decision-making, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
