What you will do
- Hire, train, and coach full-cycle Account Executives across the U.S. and Canada
- Drive sales growth by hitting revenue targets and expanding pipeline
- Maintain and grow a book of strategic accounts
- Define and uphold high culture and performance standards
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Marketing, and Product on GTM strategy
- Create scalable sales processes from forecasting to deal execution
Requirements
- Location: Must work onsite in New York City
- 6–10 years B2B sales experience with at least 2 years managing teams
- Proven success in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology sales
- Experience selling to technical audiences in U.S. and Canada
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot
