Compensation: Base Salary $55,000–$65,000; OTE $150,000–$270,000 (uncapped)

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial qualification to final close.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations with real estate agents and brokerage leaders.
- Execute 70–100 outbound touchpoints daily via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with SDR, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize handoffs and retention.
- Set clear expectations with new clients to ensure successful onboarding.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Austin, TX area for this in-office role.
- 1–3+ years of inside B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, web development, or marketing services.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a pipeline end-to-end.
- Drive, coachability, and a client-first mindset.
