TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the Austin, TX area

Compensation: Base Salary $55,000–$65,000; OTE $150,000–$270,000 (uncapped)

hirify.global is a high-growth Series C proptech company building an AI-powered growth platform for real estate professionals, backed by top-tier investors like Bessemer Venture Partners.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial qualification to final close.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with real estate agents and brokerage leaders.
  • Execute 70–100 outbound touchpoints daily via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with SDR, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize handoffs and retention.
  • Set clear expectations with new clients to ensure successful onboarding.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Austin, TX area for this in-office role.
  • 1–3+ years of inside B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, web development, or marketing services.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a pipeline end-to-end.
  • Drive, coachability, and a client-first mindset.

  • Prior experience or knowledge of the real estate industry.
