What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for data-intensive features and AI-augmented insights.
• Lead the development of tools and frameworks used to measure GenAI impact and productivity.
• Partner with data science to translate statistical models and economic insights into user-facing features.
• Conduct deep discovery with technical end-users to identify latent needs and translate them into structured specs.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to balance technical feasibility, usability, and complexity.
• Define intuitive ways to present complex metrics and benchmarks to C-Suite and VP-level leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with data-heavy products in analytics, experimentation, or fintech.
• Must be based in the Bay Area.
• Strong proficiency with A/B testing, statistical significance, and metrics pipelines.
• Proven ability to own the end-to-end product lifecycle in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Exceptional written communication and cross-functional influence skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency with SQL and experience prototyping with basic datasets in notebooks.
• Background in building developer tools or productivity platforms.
• Familiarity with economics or ROI measurement frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS tools and security/privacy considerations.
• Prior exposure to GenAI products and AI-enhanced user interfaces.
