What you will do

• Own the perps product roadmap, writing and maintaining prioritized specs for engineering.
• Define the UX for margin systems, liquidations, and funding rates to simplify complex mechanics for traders.
• Coordinate engineering and design resources to ship product improvements from specification to production.
• Analyze trader complaints and support feedback to identify and prioritize product gaps.
• Develop detailed specifications for new features, covering edge cases, error states, and full workflows.
• Monitor post-shipping performance and iterate quickly based on actual trader behavior.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience shipping trading UX improvements, specifically for perps or derivatives products.
• Deep familiarity with crypto trading mechanics, including funding rates, margin systems, and liquidation engines.
• Ability to work directly with engineers without a PM layer, including running sprints and writing specs.
• Strong product instinct with a track record of making complex financial products approachable.
• Capacity to make tradeoffs across user experience, engineering constraints, business goals, and compliance.
• Location: Must be based in New York (On-site).
