Salary: $24 – $28 per hour

What you will do

• Commute to patient homes to provide diagnostic and low-acuity care services.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, ECGs, and other clinical screenings.
• Ensure proper labeling and coordination of specimen drop-offs to labs.
• Maintain accurate patient charting using mobile technology and HIPAA-secure messaging.
• Build warm, professional connections with patients to ensure a comfortable experience.
• Manage daily supplies and PPE to maintain clinical standards.

Requirements

• Must hold state-required licensure, certification, or proof of training.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance.
• Must have reliable personal transportation for daily travel to patient homes.
• Must be able to physically navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 lbs.
• Must provide proof of required vaccinations (COVID, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB, Influenza, TDaP).
• Experience in venipuncture and proficiency with mobile technology for charting.
