Location: Onsite in Hickory, NC
Salary: $15.25 – $19 per hour

What you will do
- Process medical ROI requests timely and efficiently using software applications.
- Support the resolution of HIPAA-related release issues.
- Organize records and documents to complete the ROI process.
- Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations.
- Provide exemplary customer service in person, via phone, and through email.
- Ensure compliance and confidentiality by utilizing provided reference materials.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- 2+ years of medical record experience.
- 2+ years of experience completing clerical or office work.
- Proficiency with desktop computers, scanners, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations related to Protected Health Information (preferred).
- Must be able to work onsite at the client site in Hickory, NC.
