What you will do

• Process medical ROI requests efficiently using hirify.global software applications.
• Resolve HIPAA-related release issues to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations to verify requests.
• Organize records and documents to complete the full ROI process.
• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in medical record handling.
• 2+ years of experience in clerical or office administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment (scanners, desktops).
• Must be located in or able to work in The Villages, FL.

Nice to have

• RHIT certification.
• Previous experience working specifically within a healthcare setting.
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations regarding Protected Health Information (PHI).
