What you will do

• Administer methadone as prescribed and maintain accurate medication inventory and dosing records.
• Conduct ongoing health assessments to identify patient needs, behaviors, and barriers to care.
• Collaborate with medical directors and counselors to integrate medical and substance use treatment.
• Provide case management services, including patient advocacy and family education.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agency standards for medical safety.
• Participate in weekly treatment team meetings to monitor and support patient progress.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Rhode Island.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure situations in a medical office setting.
