Salary: $158,000 – $204,000

What you will do
- Define and execute the long-term strategy for the website as an acquisition and discovery platform.
- Analyze user journeys and conversion funnels to improve acquisition efficiency and web-to-app conversion.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to develop a flexible, scalable website architecture in Contentful.
- Lead search and discovery strategy, including technical SEO and generative AI discovery experiences.
- Manage an experimentation roadmap using tools like Ninetailed to drive scalable website improvements.
- Ensure all web experiences meet accessibility and regulatory standards, including ADA and CCPA.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in website strategy, growth marketing, or digital experience management.
- Proven track record of managing high-traffic websites that contribute to user acquisition.
- Deep understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization, and modern discovery channels.
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to build scalable web infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience with modern CMS platforms like Contentful and experimentation frameworks.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) and app store landing page strategy.
- Experience supporting partnership or affiliate growth programs.
