What you will do

• Lead organic strategy and content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Produce platform-native short-form videos, graphics, and carousels independently.
• Cultivate engaged merchant communities to drive sales pipeline and consumer awareness.
• Collaborate with the Sunbeast associate community to scale authentic employee-generated content.
• Analyze KPIs including growth, engagement, and funnel contribution using GA4 and native tools.
• Execute a test-and-learn program to optimize formats, hooks, and posting cadence.

Requirements

• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for a hybrid work arrangement.
• 5+ years of experience managing organic social media for a brand or business.
• Proven track record of growing audiences to significant scale (50,000+ followers preferred).
• Hands-on skills in content creation, video editing, and design.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4 and spreadsheets.
• Excellent creative and editorial judgment for platform-specific voices.

• Experience in finance, healthcare, dental, or automotive verticals.
• Advanced motion design or video production skills.
