What you will do

• Own the overarching SEO/AEO strategy to increase organic revenue and brand visibility across Google, Bing, and LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
• Develop actionable plans to increase domain authority and relevance relative to competition.
• Optimize site structures, schema, and API feeds to ensure maximum legibility for search and LLM web-crawlers.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure high user experience as measured by Core Web Vitals and EEAT.
• Implement discovery strategies for high-intent social platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Design and execute experiments on content formatting and structured data to optimize AI attribution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SEO/Organic Growth experience in highly competitive, high-volume markets.
• Proven track record of consistently driving double-digit lead growth and digital brand authority.
• Strong technical understanding of search algorithms, Knowledge Graphs, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Ability to translate complex search technicalities into clear business impact for executive audiences.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience optimizing for discovery on social platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Experience delivering content frameworks at scale within fintech or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong background in continuous A/B testing and algorithmic experimentation.
