Salary: $136,000 – $187,000 (SF/NY target base salary)

What you will do

• Develop qualitative research and strategic frameworks for brand marketing budget allocation across channels and markets.
• Own marketing media channels end-to-end, including investment strategy, budget pacing, audience targeting, and measurement.
• Design measurement approaches to quantify effectiveness of strategies, placements, and buys.
• Collaborate with brand marketing team to identify and execute campaign themes and creative concepts.
• Build and deploy AI agents to automate channel operations, management, and strategy.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States with ability to work hybrid in New York, NY.
• 4+ years in quantitative marketing, growth, or decision-science roles with ownership of data-driven outcomes.
• Strong data analysis skills to extract insights from quantitative and qualitative signals.
• Experience architecting agentic systems or workflows for operational or strategic problem solving.
• High autonomy and a "get things done" mentality to drive complex problem resolution.
