What you will do

• Build and grow organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop a community playbook defining when to post, reply, or remain silent.
• Cultivate hirify.global’s subreddits into active and trusted communities.
• Implement a scalable content and engagement strategy leveraging AI.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain cross-channel consistency.
• Analyze sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer-facing categories.
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Ability to write in a platform-native tone, avoiding corporate-speak.
• Must be based in the United States.
