What you will do
- Build and grow organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Develop a community playbook defining when to post, reply, or remain silent.
- Cultivate ’s subreddits into active and trusted communities.
- Implement a scalable content and engagement strategy leveraging AI.
- Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain cross-channel consistency.
- Analyze sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media.
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer-facing categories.
- Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
- Ability to write in a platform-native tone, avoiding corporate-speak.
- Must be based in the United States.
