What you will do
- Grow organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Develop and execute community engagement playbooks for each platform.
- Build and nurture active, trusted subreddits.
- Create scalable content strategies that maintain authenticity using AI tools.
- Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Track and analyze sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media.
- Proven track record in fintech, insurtech, or regulated consumer categories.
- Deep understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
- Ability to write authentic, platform-native content that avoids corporate-speak.
- Strategic mindset focused on building systems and long-term trust.
