Salary: $130,000 – $175,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain a rolling content calendar and operating rhythm for the marketing team.
• Manage social media presence on X and LinkedIn, including real-time engagement and monitoring.
• Handle publishing operations for the company blog, website, and founder accounts.
• Run end-to-end event logistics, including conferences, booths, and lead capture.
• Plan and execute executive dinners, managing everything from venue booking to follow-ups.
• Create and maintain monthly executive dashboards and quarterly reporting on reach and pipeline.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within technical domains like AI or data infrastructure.
• Early-stage startup experience with a proven ability to build processes while executing them.
• Strong project management instincts and a self-starter mentality.
• High proficiency in writing clean, technical prose.
• Experience with Notion, Slack, and modern tools like Clay and Apollo.
• Must be based in Redwood City, CA, or relocate to the Bay Area to work in-office 4 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling as part of a small marketing team at a startup.
• Familiarity with AI-driven content workflows and publishing automation.
• Track record of managing technical product launches from end to end.
