What you will do

• Grow hirify.global's organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop and execute a community engagement playbook for each platform.
• Build and moderate active, trusted subreddits.
• Create scalable content strategies that maintain authenticity while leveraging AI.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Track key metrics including sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media.
• Proven track record in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer-facing categories.
• Deep understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Ability to write authentic, platform-native content that avoids corporate-speak.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
