TL;DR

Talent Coordinator (HR/Recruiting): Managing end-to-end interview scheduling and candidate logistics for a global portfolio of dating products with an accent on operational excellence and seamless candidate experience. Focus on maintaining data integrity in ATS systems, resolving complex scheduling conflicts, and supporting high-volume hiring across technical and non-technical teams.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Coordinate onsite interview logistics including room bookings, travel, and interviewer readiness.
  • Manage recruiting workflows and data integrity within ATS platforms like Lever and scheduling tools like GoodTime.
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts and navigate last-minute changes to keep hiring processes moving.
  • Identify opportunities to improve coordination workflows and build scalable internal documentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or high-volume administrative support.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever), scheduling tools (e.g., GoodTime), and Google Workspace.
  • Strong professional communication skills for interacting with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco 3 days per week.
  • Passion for process improvement and building scalable recruiting solutions.
