What you will do

• Lead board-level product engineering activities from concept through production release.
• Drive hardware readiness reviews including EVT, DVT, PVT, Pilot, and Mass Production milestones.
• Manage product risks, mitigation plans, and execution schedules for rapid deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Hardware Design, ASIC, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Drive manufacturing readiness reviews with contract manufacturing partners.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for production issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE with 10-15 years of experience, or Master’s/PhD with 5-10 years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience in board product engineering, NPI, or hardware product development.
• Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing, SMT assembly, and high-speed digital designs.
• Experience taking complex products from prototype through high-volume manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of PLM systems and ECO/MCO/DEV/PCN processes.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
