What you will do

• Develop and implement concepts for complex mechanical engineering solutions.
• Lead engineering projects and research and development of new technologies.
• Design, develop, and modify mechanical layouts, schematics, drawings, specifications, and tooling.
• Perform complex engineering analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Coordinate manufacturing, installation, procurement, and assembly of mechanical components and equipment.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve complex product engineering issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with semiconductor capital equipment.
• Deep technical expertise and knowledge of the hirify.global product life cycle and related engineering disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Regular work is associated with the Santa Clara, California location.
