What you will do

  • Own paid creative strategy across all DTC paid channels, setting platform-specific creative direction based on audience and spend efficiency.
  • Translate business objectives into precise channel-level creative briefs and maintain knowledge of platform best practices and creative fatigue cycles.
  • Design and manage a structured creative testing framework with statistical confidence thresholds and performance reviews.
  • Lead agency and stakeholder management to align creative strategy with media investment and broader marketing campaigns.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Performance Content Producer and build processes that create competitive advantage.
  • Stay ahead of trends in paid creative, AI-powered production tools, and platform innovation.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from the United Kingdom
  • Extensive experience in paid media creative strategy or creative direction, preferably in high-volume DTC or performance marketing agency.
  • Proven track record in building or leading paid creative testing functions impacting ROAS, CAC, or CVR.
  • Deep expertise in Meta, TikTok, and Google/PMax platforms including algorithm dynamics and creative fatigue.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into creative hypotheses and outcomes measurement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
