What you will do

• Oversee complex, multi-channel media plans from strategic conception through to execution.
• Act as the primary technical authority for brand and performance media planning.
• Lead senior-level client presentations, translating performance metrics into clear strategic narratives.
• Manage and mentor a team of media planners, overseeing workload and career development.
• Drive central best-practice workstreams to improve planning efficiency and innovation.
• Collaborate across cross-discipline teams including Analytics, AdOps, and creative partners.
