Location: Hybrid work in Los Angeles, CA, USA

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Develop strategic responses to RFPs and create custom partnership concepts, sponsorships, and branded content programs.
  • Build high-impact sales materials, including media kits, one-sheets, and professional presentations.
  • Analyze audience insights and industry trends to identify emerging market opportunities for advertisers.
  • Create go-to-market strategies for key advertising categories and specific partnership products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, and Operations teams to package IP and audience assets into advertiser-ready opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in integrated marketing, partnership marketing, media strategy, or branded content.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation development abilities.
  • Ability to synthesize audience research and business objectives into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for direct client engagement.
  • Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Experience within media, streaming, gaming, or agency environments.
  • Familiarity with kids, family, or parent target audiences.
  • Experience working with audience research and consumer insights.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub or other CRM platforms.
