Salary: $75,000 – $122,000

What you will do

• Partner with Retail and Financial Services Sales teams to develop insight-driven marketing strategies that drive advertising revenue.
• Lead the creation of custom client proposals and tailored solutions across streaming, hirify.global, and podcasts.
• Manage the end-to-end solution development process from strategy and RFP creation through pre-sale project management.
• Act as the central liaison between Sales and internal partners, including Legal, Research, Marketing, and Talent Relations.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure the feasibility and execution of comprehensive proposals.
• Manage internal communications regarding package exclusivity and podcast conflict considerations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in advertising sales strategy, integrated marketing, or brand solutions at a media or entertainment company.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in developing multi-platform marketing strategies and custom RFP responses.
• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma) for ideation.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to deliver polished client-facing presentations.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
