TL;DR

Sales Executive (Programmatic): Driving programmatic revenue growth across assigned regions by managing strategic accounts and deepening relationships with DSPs with an accent on audio entertainment and programmatic competency. Focus on scaling the customer base, optimizing programmatic campaigns, and aligning marketplace needs with product roadmaps.

Location: New York, New York. Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Salary: $115,414 – $150,000

What you will do

  • Communicate hirify.global Media's value to advertising clients, agencies, and DSPs through detailed presentations.
  • Develop and execute programmatic sales strategies to drive revenue and expand the customer base.
  • Own a defined book of business with quarterly pipeline targets and forecasting accuracy.
  • Analyze bid data to identify trends and provide optimization recommendations for programmatic campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Yield, Ad Ops, Product) to design and implement data-driven sales plans.
  • Manage the programmatic sales pipeline using Salesforce for maximum efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 2 years with a Master’s).
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic sales platforms, including DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals in programmatic advertising sales or operations.
  • Familiarity with mobile in-app advertising and audio formats.
  • Strong data management skills and proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in major programmatic platforms (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, Amazon Advertising Platform).
