What you will do

  • Co-define the technical roadmap and product vision for the Logs business in partnership with Product and Design.
  • Manage and grow a large engineering organization, mentoring managers and fostering a high-performing culture.
  • Partner with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure product reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Anticipate risks and resolve organizational friction to keep teams focused on customer impact.
  • Drive execution across the organization, ensuring high standards of engineering rigor and ambition.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from the New York office (Hybrid).
  • Proven experience managing large engineering organizations and growing leaders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align engineering efforts with market and revenue drivers.
  • Technical foundation sufficient to earn trust and guide complex engineering decisions.
