What you will do

• Lead and grow a senior team of engineers focused on dashboards, notebooks, and visualization capabilities.
• Partner with Product to translate vision into execution and shape the team's technical direction.
• Drive the delivery rhythm for analytical features, including AI-assisted workflows and performance improvements.
• Mentor engineers at all levels to foster shared ownership and technical excellence.
• Act as a storyteller for the team, connecting individual contributions to broader product vision and customer value.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a management role focused on user-facing products.
• Background in search, observability, analytics, or data visualization platforms.
• Experience leading senior or staff-level engineers with high autonomy.
• Strong partnership skills with Product Management to co-create roadmaps and navigate ambiguity.
