Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience building and running infrastructure for customer-facing web applications.
• Experience building and using AI-powered products in production environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product managers and designers.
• Strong judgment in technical tradeoffs and evidence of leadership through influence.
• Must be based in the US (Director candidates require experience managing managers).
