What you will do

• Lead the Analytics engineering organization, overseeing strategy, architecture, and roadmap delivery.
• Guide Engineering Managers and partner with Principal Engineers to drive technical excellence and architectural decisions.
• Define and execute the roadmap for instrumentation, data foundations, and customer-facing data products.
• Oversee the design and operation of end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance.
• Drive platform decisions that support diverse deployment models including SaaS, self-managed, and air-gapped environments.
• Champion asynchronous work and AI-assisted development workflows to improve engineering throughput and quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Extensive experience leading multiple engineering teams through managers at a Director level.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and large-scale platform engineering.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end data pipelines and analytics platform tradeoffs.
• Proven ability to engage in high-level architecture and system design discussions.
• Experience delivering platforms across SaaS, self-managed, and regulated environments.
