Salary: $150,000 – $185,000 base + equity

What you will do
- Own strategy, execution, and optimization for paid search and programmatic channels, primarily Google UAC and Apple Search Ads.
- Manage relationships with DSPs and reward networks (Unity, Tapjoy, Moloco, Liftoff) to ensure performance and accountability.
- Lead the testing roadmap for UA channels and onboard new partners to keep the product at the cutting edge.
- Synthesize MMP and backend data into performance narratives, budget recommendations, and executive reporting.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science to optimize for LTV and pROAS targets.
- Partner with Creative and Growth leadership to develop channel-specific creative concepts and feedback loops.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on UA experience focusing on paid search and programmatic channels.
- Deep fluency in Google Ads/UAC, including Smart Bidding, Performance Max, and audience signals.
- Proven experience scaling Apple Search Ads and working with various DSPs.
- Exceptional experience with MMPs like Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Singular.
- Background in gaming, fintech, sports betting, or high-growth consumer apps.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience at a rapidly scaling startup or unicorn.
- Implementation of AI solutions for UA efficiency.
- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau).
