What you will do
- Manage 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end, driving top-line revenue growth.
- Optimize internal ROAS targets per offer, geo, and OS using Hex, Amplitude, and Looker Studio.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, such as budget increases and geo expansions.
- Act as a bridge between commercial partners and technical algorithm teams to debug issues.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Growth team.
Requirements
- Strong ability to derive insights from data and communicate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing both commercial relationships and technical discussions.
- Hungry, proactive mindset with a high degree of ownership and intensity.
- Must be located in New York for full-time office presence (5 days/week).
Nice to have
- Experience with performance marketing metrics (ROAS, LTV, ARPU).
- Hands-on experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
- Background in top-tier consulting (MBB) or as a Senior Associate in a scale-up.
- Proficiency with Hex or similar SQL-notebook tools.
