Salary: $130,900 - $251,900 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end brand strategy and marketing for films, series, theme parks, and live experiences.
• Develop 1-3-5 year global and regional marketing roadmaps to expand the Minecraft universe.
• Orchestrate GTM frameworks and launch playbooks across digital, social, and earned channels.
• Manage strategic partnerships with studios, producers, licensees, and agencies.
• Build and scale operating models, governance, and launch frameworks for global execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-disciplinary team of employees and vendors.

Requirements

• Master's degree with 4+ years of business experience OR Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of business experience.
• 4+ years of people management or indirect leadership experience.
• Proven experience in entertainment IP and large-scale consumer-facing brand marketing.
• Expertise in building connected franchise ecosystems across content and experiences.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence in highly matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading complex partner ecosystems including studios, distributors, and licensees.
