Salary: $337,600 - $427,000 MXN

What you will do

  • Maintain accurate employee records in Workday, managing new hires, changes, terminations, and leaves of absence.
  • Deliver seamless end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, Workday self-service, and payroll.
  • Contribute to the Workday HRIS transformation by digitizing processes and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support for the US Benefits team and handle immigration/mobility cases (visas, work permits).
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and global Employee Success initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role (internships considered).
  • Solid grounding in HR practices and basic US employment law (EEO, FMLA, AAP).
  • Proficiency in Workday HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Must be based in Mexico.
  • English proficiency required.
